Creating a University Tickets Account
To purchase tickets in advance, new users must create an online account on the first visit to UCSC's ticketing site, UCSCtickets.com. Instructions for creating an account here.
No In-person or Phone Sales
Tickets are *not* available by phone or in person. UC Santa Cruz does not have a ticket office. Tickets must be purchased online in advance or, if available, at the venue's ticketing window.
Available tickets go on sale at the venue's ticketing window starting 1 hour before the event start time. (Note: Tickets may not be available at the window in the event of a sell-out.)
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
Limited Customer Service
UC Santa Cruz does not have a traditional ticket office. Please refer to the resources on these pages for help. For issues about website performance, please call 831-459-2159 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Response time varies and may be delayed.
For other issues, please contact the producer of your event, indicated in the event listing. They may be able to help you.
Important: Production staff may not be available after daytime business hours or on weekends and holidays. (If you leave a voicemail on a Friday afternoon or evening, production staff be already be at the event. Your message may not be received until they return to the office on Monday morning.)

Parking at UCSC
A permit is required to park in all non-meter, non-paystation parking spaces at UCSC. Detailed parking information here.
Parking at the Arts parking lot
The Arts parking lot (Lot #126) is located on Meyer Drive between the Theater Arts Center and the Music Center. Please allow sufficient time to locate a parking space and make your way to the performance venue. Disability access parking is available adjacent to DARC/Recital Hall and up Kerr Road next to the Theater Arts Center.
Parking is $4 per vehicle (cash) when attendants are present. Patrons who display a valid DMV placard or plate may park for free.
The Arts area parking lot is located at Meyer Drive on the UCSC campus. It serves the Theater Arts Center theaters, the Music Center, the Digital Arts Research Center (DARC), and Baskin Visual Arts.
All UCSC venues are wheelchair accessible, with designated seating areas for wheelchair users and patrons with limited mobility.

Children at Ticketed Events
All persons -- including infants and toddlers -- are required to have a ticket for an individual seat. Some events are not appropriate for infants and children.
Listening Devices Available
Check with the House Manager for listening devices prior to your performance.
Smoking is not allowed on any UC campus. All University of California facilities across the state are smoke- and tobacco-free and the policy is strictly enforced.
